This policy explains how Aesthetic Digital ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you visit aestheticdigital.co.uk or get in touch with us. We are the data controller for this information.

What we collect

When you fill in our contact form, we collect your first name, phone number, email address, clinic or company name, the service you're interested in, and your message. If you call or email us, we keep a record of that conversation. Our website host may also record basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a strategy call, send you a proposal you've asked for, and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. Our lawful basis is your consent when you contact us, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business. If you become a client, we also process your information to perform our contract with you.

We don't sell your information, and we won't add you to a marketing mailing list without your permission.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run our business: Netlify (website hosting and contact forms) and Google Workspace (email). They only process your information on our instructions. Some of these providers may store data outside the UK, in which case appropriate safeguards are in place as required by UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months so we can follow up on conversations, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements.

Cookies

Our website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

Your rights

You have the right to access the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, email hello@aestheticdigital.co.uk. We'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
